Malcolm Kersey, WSA Coaches Director U5 – U10:
“He’s consistently challenging his players to solve the problem by drawing on his knowledge of the game and coaching education. He works on developing problem-solving players asking “what”, “why” and “when” questions to allow the players to think about the situation and try to resolve the problem themselves rather then feeding them the solution.”

This is the second WSA coach that has won this honor. Bob Johnson was awarded this title in 2007.
