We as coaches of the Webster Soccer Association will place our primary coaching emphasis on encouraging and facilitating each individual player's development as it relates to the 4 pillars (Physical, Psychological, Technical and Tactical) of the game of soccer.

We will always:

1. Conduct ourselves in a professional manner in the community and on the field.
2. Conduct our training sessions with the thought that learning, development, sportsmanship and fun supercede performance and results.
3. Dress appropriately for all WSA training/game situations.
4. Exhibit an attitude conducive to good sportsmanship and professionalism.
5. Improve as coaches through engaging in all WSA sponsored coaching modules and continuing the education process through enrollment in the USSF coaching certification system and any other education that is promoted by the Director of Coaching and WSA.
